Re: St Louis Cardinals 2008 Schedule

They are in the NL central, so they have a chance. I don't see them contending though. 5th place is where I think they land.

5th place? Wow, I sure don't see them finishing that low. Third, maybe fourth at worst.

Re: St Louis Cardinals 2008 Schedule

1. Cubs- I feel they improved the most

2. Brewers- They have the experience now, but Sheets needs to be healthy.

3. Houston- For some reason, I think they will make another run

4. Reds- They could be third, but too many young guys need to pull through

5. Cardinals- I don't see them contending without Carpenter. He will not be ready for this season

6. Pirates- They are just a mess right now, but have some nice pitching.

I'l looking at Cubs and Brewers battling on top, Cincy and St. Louis battling for the third spot, then Houston, then my Bucs.

Re: St Louis Cardinals 2008 Schedule

I don't like Houston at all. Cincinnati could be a sleeper team (but I've said that for the past two years, they sure didn't agree). One thing we can all agree on is that Pittsburgh is still at the bottom of the totem pole. Milwaukee should contend. I don't trust the Cubs but they will probably be there, too. St. Louis, hard to count Pujols out but like azrael mentioned, their pitching isn't completely healthy.
