Yep...maybe the team whose in 1st should send in its manager to play for the win...seeing as they have the most at stake.

That's an idea worth considering GDK. Instead of sending the World Series managers from the previous season, why not have the manager whose team has the best record in that specific season.

This year the two managers would have been Terry Francona of Boston and Bud Black of San Diego.

I agree. The game shouldn't count for home field. What they should do is have a winner take all the money....Losers get zippo. Then you would see a good game.
