st louis and vancouver meet

vancouver needs to get that coveted 8th spot, and secure it.
but they won't have defensemen Mattias Ohlund, Aaron Miller and Kevin Bieksa to help them.
Luongo has won the last three games vs. the Blues at GM Place.
St Louis is fading from the playoff spot fight - will they have any fight left in them for tonight?
They've been outscored 22-8 in the eight games and have been held to one goal or less in each of their last seven defeats.
who needs to show up tonight?
Boyes - he's been held almost pointless in his last 8 games (one assist);
and legace - he's got a 2.70 GAA after going 4-0-1 with a 1.40 GAA in his previous five - he has a 3.44 GAA during a four-game losing streak at Vancouver.
should be a win for the canucks - on paper (or on website).

Re: st louis and vancouver meet

so Boyes was the only scorer and he scored twice - he's listening - but blues couldn't do it - 4-2 final score for the Canucks.
Legace's loss.
