That would be something. And with the way Brad does, it could happen.

No doubt. I also got to thinking this could be a sign of things to come at Smoke's place. IF he chooses to take Brad as a third driver, he could get TEJ as a crew chief, since they're all basically working for HMS/SHR already.

I've said the whole time that if Brad is in cup next season, it'll be on Tony's team. Especially since Rick said they had 2 options, put Brad at SHR or bring Jr's team to cup, and Brad would still be in the HMS family. Then I read where Jr said his team moving to cup was unlikely. So I guess it depends on what Rick tells everyone to do.
