270..pretty average I guess. Gained 1 in the overall and stayed even in summer. Lost 3,000 in summer total, but gained 1,700 in total season, so pretty much average I guess.

Last week:

Not too bad with 290 points, which jumped me up 2 spots in the summer rankings to 5th. I would have gotten over 300 points if Denny hadn't wrecked Marcus. But then again, I might have done that if I hadn't benched Denny at the last moment for Montoya. That's what I get for listening to Denny Hamlin describing how bad his car was Sunday. All I can say is his crew chief really must have conjured up some kind of magic before Monday.

This week:

We're at the better of the two road courses, to me, Watkins Glen. As far as I'm concerned, they should scrap Sonoma for another course like the Glen, but that's for another day.

Guess I did OK: 292 points moved me up to 1st in the Summer session. Had to hold Marcos for the Glenn and Sorenson didn't do me any good with his 35th place finish.

Hamlin is finally getting some good showings and The Glen is a good place for him as well as Kyle Busch so am activating them. And since I've used up Stewart and Kurt Busch, we'll see if my planning for the Glenn works with this lineup:

My biggest concern is Gordon, starting so far in the back. On the other hand, after seeing Marcus put the smack down on Shrub yesterday, he's looking pretty good. But it looks like we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see, since they just postponed it for the second week in a row.

Looks like all four ahead of me and two behind me scored well over 300 points today, while all I could get was 272, thanks to an old man (relatively) with a bad back who DNF'd, which got me a whopping 18 points. That's just downright discouraging! But if there's a silver lining, I didn't lose any spots for the season and lost only one spot for the year. How that happened with all the great scores around me I'll never know.

When I saw my score I did a WooHoo!! Then I saw that there were 6 scores better than mine! Still, it's my highest score all year, so I feel good about it.

I think Watkins Glen has been my highest score for all 3 years I've played this game...

My lowest is usually Talladega...

Same here! I usually don't get above a 250 at either Talladega or Daytona!

I think I had a 109 at Dega one time...pretty sure that was my all time worst score
