Hi Guys,

These threads haven't worked out the way I intended so I'm going to close them. With both the http://www.goteamsgo.com/forum/nasca...art-sucks.html thread and the http://www.goteamsgo.com/forum/nasca...don-sucks.html thread, I wanted to have a single thread about each driver that was different than our normal threads. I was looking for more a substantive discussion about each driver, looking for more facts than opinions. My thinking was that it would be good to have 1 thread about a driver that didn't have much smack talk or anything off topic.

I tried to make both these threads follow my different-than-usual rules but that obviously didn't work. I did a poor job in getting across what I wanted to do and it now looks like it was a bad idea anyway. When I end up deleting 10 posts in the Jeff thread and twice that in the Stewart thread, it was finally obvious to me that I tried to steer us down the wrong path.

I'm sorry I didn't do my job better. Yeah it's my forum but the whole point is for it to be fun for both me and you. If we're not both having fun, it just... sucks

So no more official "(NASCAR Driver) Sucks" threads with these different rules. Everything is back to the original http://www.goteamsgo.com/forum/news-...rum-rules.html which seem to work really well. No attacks on other members. You can slam other drivers but as it has always said in Rule #3 "Posts that offer nothing but mindless flames will be deleted." But that's about the only thing that will get deleted in our new and improved NASCAR Forum.

So get your picks in on the latest NASCAR race prediction thread and have fun talking about NASCAR.
