Last lap Kyle Busch forces Dale Earnhardt Jr. below the yellow line as DEJ is passing him. DEJ and KB are neck and neck when DEJ gets above the yellow line, DEJ then than passes KB to win the race.

But wait NASCAR places DEJ back to 18th place and announces Kyle Busch has won.

The Govenor of Alabama has to call in the National Guard to quell the riots after the race.

NASCAR announces DEJ is the winner.

Which scenario do you think is more likely?

Well I think had they both survived the crash I think kyle would have won so that is how I voted, but if you are asking me if the situation was replayed with those two than junior will probably win because as we have all seen before, the yellow line rule apparently doesn't apply to him since he stole a win at talladega from kevin harvick a few years ago. I think the rule is stupid, but if it is a rule, you have to abide by it no matter who you are or in junior's case who you're daddy was.

All things being the same except the drivers, there's no way they would've put DEJ back to 18th place, he would've been the winner.
