Nascar will fine JPM....BUT it will be a wink wink fine... that was awesome in NASCAR'S eyese
I didn't say turn him around, I said rough him up. Go fender-to-fender and give the fans a race to see, and a highlight to remember.... it is possible to rough a driver up at 150mph without wreckin'em

How about the side by side racing Johnson and Jeff Gordon did? They both actually drove like they didn't want the other to pass him. What a novel concept!

Other than that... Another afternoon of strategy (yawn) and follow the leader. At lead we didn't have to watch it for 500 miles! I spent the afternoon flipping between the race the the PGA BUick Open. The Open was a lot more enjoyable although some of the golf reminded me of Saturday night's IRL race..

Missed the IRL race at richmond. That and Texas are my favorite races of the year... was it good?

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

I have watched every Nascar race for the last several years. And I think the funniest damm thing I have ever seen or heard was when the guy with the mike asked JPM if he wrecked KB intentially.... JPM looked, made a face and said "yeah, well I did". That was the best since Robbie Gordon called M.Walltrip a piece of Sh**!
That was the best.... How anyone doesn't think JPM adds fun and excitement to an increasingly stale sport with"cookie cutter drivers" is beyond me. Both JPM and KB are the shot in the arm that this sport needs!

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

JPM does it again, yeah he likes to take out other drivers, let's see he took out Kyle Busch, himself and how many other drivers. At least Kyle has control of his car, JPM just knows how to take out other drivers, he's a classless hack. I guess he figured since Brad and Dale got away with hitting Denny under caution he could get away with hitting Kyle under caution. I doubt Kyle will give this matter any thought at all, let's face, JPM is usually so far behind Kyle, Kyle can't even see him in his rear view mirror.

If KB always had control of his car JR. would have won Richmond and Hornaday would have won that truck race a few weeks ago. Not that I care about either and I like the entertainment, but your skinny, pimple faced freak..... regardless of how good and exciting he is, is not without error!!!

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

Senor Montoya received a 2 lap penalty from NASCAR. So his fine was points and pesos for both he and his owner .. er .. team owner.

Now, answer me this: why wasn't Marty Snyder there as JPM crawled out of his car? or maybe he was and decided to allow Juablo to cool off...

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

as a Kyle Busch fan, I thought it was great for Nascar, JPM did something really stupid, but it showed his passion for the sport. I like JPM a little, ( I always like drivers that take 'no crap'), him , robby gordon , Tony are personalities Nascar needs., Who doesn't remember Tony following Jeff Gordon into the pits and wrecking him on pit road a few years back. passion fuels drive which fuels wins which fuels Nascar!! KB will get the last laugh in the points! Roll Tide and go TONY, KYLE and DENNY!!

Who's to say he didn't have control of his car?

I guess if he was without error he'd have even more wins this season.

I'm not M&M's or Joe Gibbs. I'm certain neither care weather people like him (KB) or not. I'm sure they do care that he's an incredibly talented and successful NASCAR driver producing wins.

Kyle Busch, "Skinny, pimple faced freak" kicked out of the HMS club, landed on his feet racing for Joe Gibbs, stacking up win after win in Craftsman, Nationwide, and Sprint cup racing, became one of the most talked about NASCAR drivers besides Dale (When's he going to win) Earnhardt and Brad (Joey Lagano's stealing my lime light) Keslowski.

I'm sure he cries all the way to the bank every week because the fans boo him, making winning all that much sweeter. To be boo'd and have beer cans thrown at you, and you can't even respond with presenting the Finger. Oh well, I guess he's always got his trademark victory bow.

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

well first of all I missed the race (again) , I saw the high light of the spin under caution. I not sure if it was something kyle did yesterday or from another race, but has long as JPM did it in a section of the track where there are no safty workers around , then I don't have a problem with it. that apart of racing aways has been.
I'm a KB fan and IF( ) he did something to ☻☻☻☻off another driver well......
live by the sword .. die by the sword.

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

not a fan of Montoya's ... usually don't take his side ... but ...

good for Juan ...

Kyle thinks he's above everything ... he wanted to bump Montoya around, probably frustrated because he didn't have the best car and setup as usual and as needed.

Sorry, this wasn't Dale Jarrett shrub, Montoya's response was a little different, huh?

Re: Montoya vs. Busch discussion....

Apparently NA__AR isn't a Shrubby fan, either. All Montoya got was a two lap penalty, dropping him to a 32th place finish.
