I missed the nationwide qualifying. They said Denny didn't qualify. Does anybody know why. Was he just slow or did he wreck?

The announcers commented that while most everyone else was qualifying on "scuffed" tires, Hamlin, for unknown reasons, decided to run on brand-new "sticker" tires! Sure enough, he goes into the turn and WADS UP the car! He would have made the race if he ran 45 seconds but his car was so damaged, he couldn't even make it around!

I'm sure his sponsor is thrilled!

I can't say who my sources are, but apparently Tony Urey & DEJ was seen up underneath Denny Hamlin's car in the garage while he was on a bath room break.

I figured he must have wrecked. There seemed to be alot of them doing that.
