But, NASCAR put Busch on probation for the remainder of last season, so when the season ended so did Busch's probation. The proof in the pudding will come with the next infraction, NASCAR better park the driver for a long, long time.

I understand now what you are saying. Along that same train of thought, I firmly believe that even though the time for the crime has been paid the memory of it should remain intact so that cumulative & progressive punishment can be handed out.

Busch should have been parked for this incident as he had done this before. That would have sent a message to everyone loud and clear.
