If you are within your own personal definition of “reasonable” distance to attend / enjoy – do it.

There is SOOooooo flippin’ much for the real race fan to enjoy and experience.

Do the seminars, see the indoor races, see the race cars, meet the racers (NASCAR and more), subscribe to the publication. We/I will be amazed if the real motorsports fan regretted any/all.

We’ve been to the show, raced with / against the show promoter’s and his kids, read (current) weekly the associated publication (Area Auto Racing News), ---- it goes on and on. This is good stuff.

The time/trip is absolutely worth it. The Show, the Indoor Racing, The Casinos, Restaurants, etc., etc., are an investment in ones “self” that, for the real fan of the motorsports, is nirvana.
