Qualifying for the Pepsi 400 at the Daytona International Speedway was canceled due to rain. The starting order will be determined by points position.

Boris Said isn't very happy since he qualified 1st on time.

How can you be happy when someone gets the top spot that didn't earn it, and ones that were faster go home?

I feel bad for Boris, this is the second time it has happened to him. At Watkins Glen a few years ago he was fastest in every practice session, only to load up and go home due to rain.

Oh not at all. The guys that qualified up front were in qualifying trim and all of the top 35 were running the two laps in race trim. You just knew that if qualifying had been completed there was going to be an immediate accident.

Im not in the buisness of caring about the other drivers, My boys chances of winning are improved and Im suppose to be upset by that? How can you be happy that Gordon might have a 200 point lead over second in the points but the guy in second will only be behind by possibly 30 when the chase starts and he didn't even earn it!

I believe if you asked most fans they'd tell you that the line up for tomorrows race is totally unfair. It doesn' matter if it is 1st place or 10th. It would be nice if there were another way to do this that was more fair for all.
