I cannot believe what gordon did to kenseth after the race @ Bristol. ALL MATT DID WAS APOLOGIZE, and then gordon pushed him!! Why? READ MY LIPS: MATT DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL WHATSOEVER!! IT WAS ONE OF THOSE RACING DEALS. MATT DID WHAT HE HAD TO DO. Also, what's up w/ Jarrett? He wouldn't get ot of matt's way. He was a couple of laps down. He should have moved out of the way. If he had, Matt may have won the race!!

Hey paracefan2002, first I want to say that D.J. was on the lead lap, maybe he should have moved over, but do you think the same way if it was the other way around? And as far as Jeff Gordon being a jerk - that's not any real news breaking issue with me! I think he's been a jerk for along time !

I am a Gordon fan but have to agree he was a jerk. Truex will agree. But also what about Stewart. He took a few people out also.

Gordon IS a jerk, however this is not exactly breaking news. His behavior is caused by this chip he's had on his shoulder for years. Through all his winning he has been second fiddle in the media to someone. For a long time it was Dale Sr., then it was Jr. I think all that has warped his perception a little bit. And since he's been second in the media he feels like he's entitled to special treatment by EVERYONE when he's on the track. Most recently, he has proven my theory by his behavior yesterday. He wrecks Truex, aplogizes after the fact, and defends it with the good old that's just racin' excuse. Then he throws out his typical, what is good for the goose isn't good for the gander routine when he becomes furious with Kenseth for, what the replay showed, taking the air off his spoiler. Just my thoughts on the situation, but it sure does seem like it's unacceptable whenever someone does to him, the same thing he did earlier.

I thought he proved what a pansy he was walkin up to Kenseth, who had his helmet off, with his helmet still on. I find it hard to believe that he didn't see Matt's helmet off. Heaven forbid someone hit Jeff in that goofy lookin face of his, not like Kenseth is that kind of guy. I mean seriously Jeff, like gettin that massive helmet off your noggin isn't the first thing everybody wants to do when they step out of that car. He got out of his car with every intention of starting something with Kenseth, which is why his helmet was left on. He also had to know that it wouldn't get much farther than his push before officials stepped in. Gordon you are a wuss, you probably got beat up alot in school, and should learn to take it if you are going to continue to give it. Get over yourself, yeah, you're good. So are alot of other drivers. Yeah, you get chucked out of the way sometimes, but you do it plenty of times too. I hope it isn't just me, but his double standard for on track behavior is getting older. It got old 2 years ago.

Well I have two things to say.
1st. I'm still bummed out over the end results of the Busch & Nextel race.
2nd. I thought Gordon thought he was pretty tough with his helmet still on.

I will defend Jeff, why would Matt spin Jeff for one position on the track?
Is 5 points worth that much this early in the season? Yes, Jeff has a chip on his shoulder, after his terrible year last year, and not so hot beginning this year he fianlly has a chance to have a good finish and Matt ruins it for him for ONE postion. I have seen Jeff get caught up in wrecks and said on the scanner " that OK guys we will try again next week" I am glad to see that he gets upset over something like this. It means he still cares to win.
