Fox Sports only shows the winner

Was anyone else bothered by the fact that Fox only showed the winner of the race crossing the finish line? At both Fontana and Las Vegas they followed the leader to the line, then zoomed in on the checkered flag, and showed no one else finish.

I watched my driver the entire race, and then had no clue to where he finished because he did not win. I don't think that's very fair.

Actually I believe you'll find that it is more of a time issue. I've seen all the networks follow the same process. If they can get off the air at the hour or half hour they'll be gone with minimal interviews.

Agree totally on the commercials but they do have a very captive audience so they will line their pockets with our gold.

Re: Fox Sports only shows the winner

my gold goes thru 2 or 3 washings before they get their grubby hands on it. I support the products on the car, not in the commercials. I started counting actual laps between commercial breaks with the Dual 150's. This year it's running about 7 green laps between commercial breaks - doesn't seem to matter what the lap times are 'cause they know as soon as there's a yellow, they have lots of commercial time - NA$CAR pretty much guarantees 4-5 laps (7-10 mins) for debris and more if there's a wreck. The only good thing about NASCAR on TV is I don't have to watch those stupid feminine hygiene commercials while I'm waiting for a glimpse of the race!

Down here we get the live feed continuously.....it just goes to an in car cam during the network/commercial break. At Vegas we were in Khanes car at each break.......very quiet sometimes, but if something happens when they go to break during a long green flag period we dont miss it

They are #2 on my dislike list.

Would prefer to watch the stupid Wrigley's chewing gum twins instead but haven't figured out how to "replace" commercials...

I understand completely.......the shock to your senses upon seeing pristine wilderness, empty beaches, doors without locks and clean air would send you reeling and longing for the glow of a 7-11 sign and the brown haze of home

no man. I live in the country .. we don't have 7-11's in the sticks. and the brown haze is our neighbor's trash burning... next week it's my turn to burn trash!!! and we don't lock our doors .. my 8 blue heeler's take care of security for me.

ahh, for an empty beach .. what I wouldn't give.... been thinking about changing my career designation to beachcomber. or rather, "retired" beachcomber.

I have locks on my doors... don't use them though. I have a sign I am about to put in my front window that says " This his house is guarded by WINCHESTER 3 days of the week. You choose which 3". Not to many people bother me. when I have had that displayed at my other place.

ROFLMAO!!

I can't believe you posted that! I'm sitting here giggling!

How many "feminine" commercials do we see during a race? Huh? Huh? Huh?

Before this string gets locked, that's enough about that!
