Hey all my first visit here so howdy. My Question has to do with the 20 / 17 conflict at Daytona. Am I missing something or when did it become allright to intentionally attempt to inflict harm to another person? In my humble opinion I can see why the Nascar Officials blew the penalty phase of this conflict because this is way out of thier hands. This is a criminal action no matter where or when it happened. Do this on the freeway and see what happens...

...just where are these actions justified? Are Nascar drivers above the law? Do we not have enough evidence to see the obvious and admitted attempt to harm another human being? Go directly to the end of the longest line...do not pass go...do not collect your 200 buckies...turn in your Nascar get outta jail free card?
