Finally! Somebody said "NO!" when asked if they liked the new rule, that would be JPM. And you can tell none of the other drivers like it either, they just won't exactly say it.

Mike Helton said in all the turns/corners. They can still bump draft in the straightaways. But he also said two cars couldn't hook up together and push each other all the way around the track. That's what's confusing about this new rule.

You are also correct, there is no way for NASCAR to enforce this rule consistently..... unless you are speaking of how consistently inconsistent they are!!!
