It's not that this is a "boys only zone", and that she should stay out of the club house. It's just that the eight mill is way out of ball park of someone that is just coming into the Nationwide Series. Even if they did have IRL experience.

You know what? I am about as far from a Danica fan as you can get, but this type of sexist bull**** is one major reason I have become a lurker instead of a consistant poster. Maybe some of you MEN ought to progress further than the dark ages. And you accuse her of being a stipper, too. I hate her commercials, she is a mediocre driver, although not terrible, but please leave the "stay barefoot and pregnant" mentality somewhere else.

If she had some Nationwide experience already, I'd say maybe. But what she brings with her is instant name recognition. Most people coming into the Nationwide Series are just a face in the crowd. But that still does'nt warrent that kind of loot. It just does'nt add up.

Danica and JR Motorsports/MWR? ESPN.com has confirmed that IndyCar Series driver Danica Patrick is talking with JR Motorsports and Michael Waltrip Racing about running a limited schedule of about eight Nationwide Series races -- plus a few Truck and maybe ARCA events -- in 2010. Kevin Harvick Inc. could be a player. Well good. I just hope that she is able to get a deal, so that she get's some Nationwide expierence. That's a great place for her to start.
