Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers Top 5 or 10 until Juan Pablo ran him over in which Keselowski got in trouble for!

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers Why? There wasn't hell to pay when Montoya got into Brad.

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers The way I see it, it's called racing. There are 43 guys out there who have the right to race as hard as they want to, and try to win. Now if the chase drivers can't handle that then maybe they should get off the track.

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers When real racing is going on, NASCAR should keep their nose out of it no matter who is racing. Let them race! Let Keselowski learn by his own mistakes. If Keselowski should take a "Chaser" or anyone out of a race by a stupid move NASCAR should still keep their nose out of it. The "Court of Public Opinion" ie: the drivers themselves, will let Keselowski know what their verdict is at the next race and races to come. I didn't see the #25 do anything wrong. Has anyone heard the actual radio transmission from NASCAR to the #25?

Question: If a non chaser wins a race in the chase...what kind of penalty do you think NASCAR will give to that driver? |

Tony won a couple in the chase when he missed it a few years back. |

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers I disagree with nascar as well if a guy out of the chase is competitive and has a chance to run well or win races he should run as hard as he can to try and win. I think when stewart missed the chase in 06 the year after he won the title or maybe it was 07? 1 of those 2 years stewart won i think 3 maybe 4 races. That was the last year nbc televised nascar cause i remember the times stewart won they had to switch over to msnbc or whatever channel to show post race interviews a lot because they went over or past their scheduled offair time. Anyways i think nascar should stay out of something like that unless a guy deliberatley wrecks someone on purpose.

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers Actually, NASCAR sent one of their officials to 25's crew chief and told him to tell his driver to stop racing the chase drivers so hard. So they never got on the radio themselves. TEJ relayed to message to Brad. I also wonder if NASCAR has said anything to the ABCESPN guys in the booth about broadcasting it over the air.

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers You know they probably got in deep poopoo for letting that out.

Re: Should Nascar Have Told Keselowski Not To Race Chasers Can you imagine NASCAR telling K. Busch, Kenseth, Logano, Harvick or Jr. not to race hard? I wonder if E Sr. didn't make a "chase" and was told not to race hard what would happen. Instant radio malfunction! Another point: If a "chaser" is mathematically eliminated from winning the title is NASCAR going to tell them not to race the contenders hard?
