But to change from carburators to fuel injectors would take a lot of R & D work I would assume. There would be differences begtween the small tracks and the superspeedway tracks. I don't know how that would get worked out. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

NASCAR issuing you the ECM at the track is the only way they could police this. And that means money
