| Re: Grothe the fuel that propels USF When you look at his numbers (86 of 143, 909 yards, 5 TDs, 3 INTs), Grothe doesn't look like anything special. But he's a field general in every sense of the word. He's a leader who knows how to win, and he does what he needs to do to make it happen. Plus, he's averaging nearly 50 rush yards per game and has scored a pair of TDs on the ground. Not flashy, but a very workmanlike quarterback who gets it done.
