Great game now in the 3rd quarter between Spurrier's SC Gamecocks & the Miss State Bulldogs.

Huge play by the SC punter. He was punting but a blocker came thru untouched. He had the smarts to not kick into the certain block. Then he scrambles for the 1st down and about 20 more yards.

Then a seemingly spectacular TD catch that was correctly reversed on a coach's challenge.

Man, I LOVE college football!!!

The SC punter Succop, just made a rugby style kick. He's running to his right & kicks the low ball while on the run. 48 yard, no return. Sweet!

MSU just had a big defensive stop against the Gamecocks, and got the ball back around the 30. The Bulldog offensive line looks like they're starting to wear down the South Carolina defense. I, for one, am surprised to see this a 6-0 game heading into the 4th quarter. Anyone smell upset?

South Carolina's defense looked unreal last night, holding MSU to 133 yards of total offense. But where was the Spurrier offense? Trick plays are nice, but man, 13-0 and they only managed 4.4 yards per play. The Ol' Ball Coach can't be too happy with that performance.
