| Re: South Carolina spring football I will definitely be at the spring game ... I go every year. This year will be more fun that usual. We will have Mitchell, Beecher, Smelley and Garcia as the qb's! That is like an all star game! Plus some of the wr's and dl's will be in the game. It should be a great preview of the 2007 season. |

| Gamecocks Announce Spring Practice Dates The University of South Carolina's 2007 spring football practice dates have been set, it was announced today. The Gamecocks are slated to open their spring drills on Tuesday, March 20 and conclude with the annual Garnet and Black Spring Game on Saturday, April 14. All 15 of the spring practice sessions are open to the public. Most practices will take place at the Bluff Road practice fields beginning at 4 p.m. Fans are reminded that all dates and times are subject to change. The Garnet and Black Spring Game will be held Saturday, April 14, beginning at 2 p.m. at Williams-Brice Stadium. The game will be televised nationally by ESPNU.
