Jim Cleamons to coach SuperSonics

According to the Chicago Tribune and Yahoo! Sports, "The Seattle SuperSonics have Los Angeles Lakers' assistant, and former Chicago Bulls and Dallas Mavericks' assistant, Jim Cleamons on their list to replace Bob Hill." So what do you think? Would Cleamons be a good hire?

Cool Re: Jim Cleamons to coach SuperSonics

Cleamons was a good, smart player. Didn't he coach a team before this?

I think he will make a great coach, as a Chicago transplant I enjoyed him in Chicago.

Okay, I'll answer my own question. After detailed research, the answer is Yes

Cleamons was the head coach of the Dallas Mavericks for slightly over one year, from 1996 to 1997.
