Coach Mike Holmgren delivered his annual watch-what-you-do speech after the final practice in Seahawks mini camp.
He told them to behave during the next 5 weeks and also to come back prepared to be be better in his final year of coaching.

"Mike chewed us out a good amount at the end of practice," quarterback Matt Hasselbeck said Thursday. "If he spoke for 10 minutes, nine of it was ripping us and the last minute was, 'Well, with that being said, I can tell you guys care about one another and we've got something going here.' "

I'd like to see them do well in Holmgren's final year. Could this be the motivation they need to get it done?

I think they've got plenty of motivation, they just gotta use it to their advantage
