Seahawks are in trade talks with the Detroit lions for a possible trade for WR Roy Williams. According to ESPN radio and john clayton. Seattle has offered a 2nd and 3rd picks in the 2009 draft. The second could turn into a 1st round if Williams meets certain incentives in the deal.

That would be a fantastic deal for the Seahawks, I think. Williams would be a tremendous asset to the Seattle passing game.

Damn right it would, right now the Seahawks have maybe two guys are should be twos or threes having to be ones. Get Roy Williams, if you're smart.

I dont know, a 1st round and a 3rd round is what they were discussing., that seems a little steep. But yeah I would really love to get a another veteran WR. What with engram, branch, and hackett injured, traded, and PO'd.... you guys think its a fair trade?
