Julius Jones is the main piece in the remodeling of the Seahawks running game. The Seahawks theory is that while Alexander wait for holes to develop in an iffy offensive line, Jones will burst through and make his own. Besides the difference in running style, Jones also caught pass after pass thrown to him. Alexander was a liability in the passing game.

I like Julius Jones, always did. But if they think he is going to make those holes on his own behind a poor line, I am afraid they have another think coming.

When did he ever demonstate that kind of power. I thought that was the reason the Cowboys also had Barber. Jones is fast and will probably run into his blockers

I think most teams will go back to having a two back system...Jones will shoulder only part of the load...and he should be okay that way...if he stays fresh, he will find his holes...

He wasnt find them for the Cowboys in the last year or so.

He had his moments... I still think he is a good back...not a great one...but I have seen him have some big games.

Totally agree. Thats why with a two system back he should be ok.

Our line has gotten a lot better with the signing of Wahle. It sounds as if jones is going to have the same kind of running game as Jones drew.
