Decent kicker who should do well in Seattle. I like him...but gee even okay kickers are almost in that $2 mil a year range huh?

I think you have to classify him as better than just ok. He's pretty good.
He went 10-17 and made all of his extra points last year. Has a good leg but 4 of his misses were from the 50+ line last year.
