Shaun Alexander broken wrist

Seahawks RB Shaun Alexander has a broken left wrist, but will continue to play.

According to the Associated Press, "Coach Mike Holmgren said Monday further pictures on what was thought to be a sprain revealed a small crack. The coach added that Alexander's wrist will heal in a few weeks if immobilized whether he plays or not. So Alexander will start on Sunday at San Francisco (2-1)." Think this is wise? I mean, couldn't a good lick on the wrist further damage the broken bone?

Have you ever seen a NFL O-lineman's arms. I know Sean Locklear who is the starting right tackle for the Seahawks. His mom goes to a church where a friend of mine is the pastor and I got the pleasure to meet him at a function that they had. His arms are tree trunks. Plus with having d-linemen hitting on your arms the whole game, you def need some thick.
