Seattle vs. San Francisco

Wow, man, what is up with the defending NFC Champions? Seattle lost to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, allowing 3 TD passes by rookie QB Matt Leinart. On Thursday, they face the San Francisco 49ers, also losers on Sunday. Can the Seahawks rebound on short rest, or will the Niners hand them their second straight loss to an NFC West division opponent?

Cool Re: Seattle vs. San Francisco

Who does everybody like laying 9.5? I hate these Thursday games.

Gregory Renick Seahawks fan is not confident in the Hawks at all.

Is anyone else starting to get the sense that it's just not our year?....Don't get me wrong – the Seahawks are talented and experienced and can still get hot down the stretch. But if you have been watching the games closely, how confident are you in this team's ability to win a tough game – especially on the road?
Will the Seahawks get GORE(D) again?
I tend to agree with him overall. The Hawks are a strange team - but what about tonight? Will they cover the 9 1/2?

If Gore has a good game and Smith is decent, I think there is a chance that San Francisco can win. They are not that bad of team.

I knew this was going to happen. Gore is a very good back and he had a good game. And Smith didn't put up stellar numbers but he didn't throw any interceptions. That was a big key.

You knew? Where were you yesterday when I was looking for advice? But rest easy, in my pool, I decided to take the 9 1/2, and the guy behind me had Seattle. A game gained!

Re: Seattle vs. San Francisco

How about Holmgren not kicking a field goal after they were just stuffed on third and short to tie the game? That was one of the worst moves of the year. 49ers turned around and came right down the field to put game away. Very, very overrated coach in my opinion. One title to his credit and lots of disappointing trips to the playoffs. This year will be another for sure.
