Jacksonville at
Seattle Jaguars-Seahawks Preview
The
Jacksonville Jaguars needed a couple of games before getting on track. The
Seattle Seahawks, meanwhile, only seem to be regressing.
Coming off two strong efforts offensively, the Jaguars look to take advantage of a hobbled Seahawks team that may again be without quarterback
Matt Hasselbeck on Sunday.
Jacksonville (2-2) scored a combined 29 points in losing its first two games but had more than 30 in each of the last two while evening its record. The Jaguars had 442 yards of total offense last Sunday in a 37-17 win over Tennessee, one week after beating Houston 31-24.
"It's about time," Jacksonville wide receiver
Mike Sims-Walker said. "We knew we were capable of doing it. It's just time we did it."
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Seattle Seahawks - Preview - October 11, 2009 - ESPN Ok, sounds like the the Seattle Seahawks took off where they left off last year...losing. They won their first game against a horrible St Louis Rams team that was so deceiving then to make matters worse, Hasselback got hurt. You can see the rest of the story. Seahawks are a bad football team right now and although a very out of shape Hasselback comes back this week, I give Seattle no shot here. Jaguars are a victim really of a really tough schedule starting out but appear to be settling down with at least some offense shown in the last couple weeks. I sure don't know what happened to their once dominating defense but only time will tell. Anybody give the Seahawks a shot at home this week to win?
