Mariners Negotiating with Carlos Silva
Ken Rosenthal reports the Seattle Mariners are in "serious negotiations" with free-agent starter Carlos Silva. Terms of the potential deal are at about four-years and $44 million.

Elsewhere, the Mariners are also talking to the Orioles about Erik Bedard.
