Cool Is Ichiro a HOF?

I haven't looked at any numbers but my initial reaction is, yes he is.

Everybody else?

Re: Is Ichiro a HOF?

sure he is ..... as others have stated, its the Baseball HOF not just for MLB ..... sorta like the Football HOF considers #'s from Canada ..... as in the case with Warren Moon

Of course. Like simon says, when you look at his career numbers for both leagues, he's a no-brainer.

Without a doubt... I would put him in on his MLB stats alone...the man took down Sisler...and is a hitting machine...best contact hitter in the majors of from 2001-Present...his Japan greatness just adds to it...and in a Jackie Robinson sort of way, he proved that Japanese hitters can compete in the majors...there would be no Matsui without an Ichiro.

Re: Is Ichiro a HOF?

I also think he would be a lock with his MLB numbers alone. I put him up there with the best hitters I have ever seen.
