Lowe, who had been on the DL since August 20th, will now have arthroscopic surgery on his pitching elbow. This after a Wednesday MRI revealed a divot in his elbow cartilage that needs correcting. The reliever, who threw a club-record 17 2-3 consecutive scoreless innings to start his career, should be good to go by spring training. How important is it for Seattle to have Lowe back for the start of next season? How good is this kid?
