I disagree. That statement is 100% opinion, and not a fact.

In my opinion, Hank Aaron is the best homerun hitter of all-time. But Barry Bonds is up there. I don't care about the whole scandal because they never actually caught him taking steroids. They just accused him, which means that it is their opinion. Like your statement, it is not a fact.
