Quite possibly. I keep going back and forth on it. On the way hand, common sense says there's no way you offer big bucks to an aging slugger who can't field. On the other hand, this is baseball. At the very least a struggling, down and out team would bring him in to try and bolster attendance and/or fan interest, I guess.
