Scary moment during yesterday's Diamondbacks-Giants game, especially given a lot of fans attitudes towards Barry Bonds. A fan jumped onto the field during yesterday's game and ran over to Bonds while he was playing in left field. Fortunately, he just wanted to shake the Barry's hand, and the two walked off towards security together so they could escort the dunken fan to jail. "My first feeling was fear," teammate Dave Roberts told reporters after wards. "Barry handled it like a pro. I'm glad the situation was diffused."

Kinda like those two guys who jumped in and ran the bases with Aaron on #755...I don't know how you totally stop that...hope no one is out to hurt Barry...I need his bat on my GTG team...

this story cracks me up...im a huge barry fan and i love the fact that he walked the fan off, sorta shows what he like...others may have reacted very differently and it could have gotten ugly.
