Giants Fans Crazy? Did you guys read about that banner that read TRADE BARRY in big black letters on an orange billboard? I mean you would think that at least the man's hometown would be behind him. Isn't anyone innocent until proven guilty anymore. For what its worth Barry I'm behind you every step of the way.

Re: Giants Fans Crazy? With all the rumors circulating around Barry Bonds, I don't think any teams would take a risk with him. I think that Barry Bonds will actually have a decent season because he did well for himself when he was not on any kind of performance-enhancing drugs. Most people seem to forget that he was good before he made the decision to ruin his life and his future.

Re: Giants Fans Crazy? Hi, MJHMarc, and welcome to GoTeamsGo. Thanks for stopping by to talk some sports with us! I fondly recall his days in the Bucs outfield alongside Bonilla and Van Slyke. Had he never bulked up/used steroids/become a power hitter (whichever is most appropriate), he probably still would have been Hall of Fame material. Still, I have a hard time believing that if, say, Steinbrenner wound up needing an extra bat sometime this season (an unlikely scenario, but go with it) and found out that he could get him as a DH on the cheap, that he wouldn't pull the trigger. Controversy or not, he can help a team win baseball games.
