that's a loaded question around here ........ and one you may find GDK and i differ strongly on (of course im right and he is wrong)

Bond's has taken drugs (i believe more then just steroids) to cheat the game of baseball ........ i believe he has done it for more then a decade and is still doing it now

I do not like cheaters. My position is that Barry is no worse than most of the league. That you can't seperate the legit records from the bad ones and that Bonds is being used as a scapegoat by the powers that be.

Simon should not be providing you with half truths.

Well technically, nobody "saw" him do anything but it's pretty simple to see he was on steroids and growth hormone (and possibly still is). There's a book out there that says he even used drugs used for cattle to inject into himself I think.

But the 1990s were all one big drug culture in the sport...nobody said anything at the time because nobody wanted to. Especially since the 1994 strike, it was McGwire and Sosa who really brought the people back to the ballparks. Bonds saw all the attention they got and allegedly started doping around 1999 or 2000.

Just remember, he's not the only one. Hell, Rafael Palmeiro sat in front of congress and declared his innocence and said (while pounding his fist on the table) "I did not take steroids!".....about a year or so later, he tests positive.
