The Giants-Dodgers rivalry isn't that exciting, actually... When was the last time benches cleared in a Dodgers-Giants game? And when was the last brawl? 1965...right?

The Giants may not care for the Dodgers and the Dodgers may dislike the Giants, but the Yankees (or Yankee fans) HATE the Red Sox (or Red Sox fans) and the Red Sox HATE the Yankees.

see, the whole point of my original post was how cool it was that the giants are offerring this great deal to their fans.....a slumber party on the field and tickets to the l.a./sf series and all that....every rivalry is great in a unique way, and obviously west coasters will be more interested than people from other parts of the country....i was just trying to point out how cool it is that fans of the giants now get these great opportunities.........sfgiants.com
