That's right, folks - Barry Bonds is now just 25 homers away from #755 after he hit his first career dinger off of Aaron Harang of the Cincinnati Reds. Bonds, who has 22 on the season thus far, is actually only three away from breaking Aaron's National League record, according to the Associated Press. Bonds has hit five home runs in his last six games, by the way. Does he break the NL home run record this season?

What should be interesting to see is if the Federal Government go after him during the off-season, putting a halt on his chase of Aaron.

If he is caught and jailed, it would be a tragic ending to a tragic story of a player who had all the potential in the world and flushed it down with steroids.

Yep, that would seriously suck! But the way that I see it, unless the Prosucution can prove it, than Barry is innocent. Remember, that's one of our country's mottos.

Okay, so Barry Bonds is innocent for now. He still has endured a major decline in statistics since his last year in the MLB. It is suspicious but what would you expect from someone his age who hit 73 homeruns around his early 40's.
