The San Francisco 49ers have drafted WR Michael Crabtree from Texas Tech with the 10th pick of the 2009 NFL draft.

Damn you Al Davis!!! What have you done, a potential top five wideout comes into the league and you pass on him for a late first round pick so the next great wide out gets stuck with Shaun Hill as his QB, damn you Al Davis!

I really shouldn't get suprised anymore at Al Davis' and the Raiders draft picks. After a first round kicker, the quarterbacks, the guy they chose over Crabtree. But every year they leave me wondering what is going though that guys head.

I could've expected if he took Jerry Maclin over Crabtree because he wanted speed and Maclin is good, but Haywood-Bey, WTF is he thinking. And he's forever in my dog house for making the next great wide-out get paired up with Shaun Hill, yes again I say it, SHAUN HILL!!!!!

Im really excited for the 49ers season. Crabtree should be a great addition to our WR core and will develop well under Isaac Bruce.

I would be excited if I were a 49ers fan.

Yea, I mean i cant think of a better team for him to just come in and develop as a WR and really learn the game from a future hall of fame player. The 49ers will be a run first team and that will take the pressure off of him and he is not really expected to be a #1 receiver right out of the gate so he can really take his time and develop into something great.

Crabtree really proved he had talent in college being the best WR for two straight years and he really comes into a good situation in SF.

Hopefully I can get some playoff tickets this year! ha.
