Come on, I'm all for being optimistic, but to suggests that "The San Francisco 49ers could finally have an 80 catch, 1,000-yard receiver again in 2006. In fact, a Pro Bowl appearance may not even be out of the question for the talented Bryant" as this article does is just insane. No way you 49ers fans buy into that one, right?

No, I'm willing to give him a chance. Unfortunately, having been a fan since Joe, I'm kinda spoiled. Alex's only problem is that he got thrown into the fire real quick and that is usually a recepie for disaster!
