Report: 49ers to sign Rossum, Foster
Reports have linked the 49ers with RB Deshaun Foster and kick returner Allen Rossum.
Foster would be No.2 behind Frank Gore.
Rossum would fight to relace Michael Lewis as kick returner. Lewis is to become an unrestricted free agent.
