| Maddux two-hits Astros We give older pitchers like Clemens and Randy Johnson a lot of grief around here, and deservedly so. But one guy who can still get it done in his 40s is Greg Maddux, who yesterday gave up just two hits in six innings in a 5-3 win over the Houston Astros. The Padres pitcher has had two hits himself, and with the win he tied Tim Keefe for 9th on the all-time list with 342. He's 9-9 on the season with a 3.90 ERA. Think he's got another year or two left in him?
