David Wells struggling

Padres P David Wells got lit up against the Cardinals yesterday, giving up 7 runs on 11 hits in four innings. In fact, according to the Associated Press, "The 44-year-old Wells is 0-3 with a 14.33 ERA in his last four starts, the longest of the bunch lasting 5 1-3 innings." Is this merely a slump, or is Wells just about done?

I think he needs to gain some weight.
