I was going down the posts and couldn't believe Gwynn was not on the list. He is their greatest player ever. He may be the best hitter that I have seen play...maybe Rose is up there too.

Hey it was late, and I was thinking of some poor Padre teams...of course no one has had a better Padre career then Tony...I think with their poor history this could be a no contest...except for Garth of course.

Like you overlooking Gwynn, I overlooked Hoffman. He should also be mentioned as a finalist. I would take him as #2.
