this week the Chargers visit the Patriots in Foxboro

this will be a huge challenge for San Diego and it should show if they are an elite team or if maybe the coaching change hurt them as a squad

the Chargers do have the best running back in the NFL and a great defense, but i just dont think they will be up to the task this week

This looks like a very good game that i will check on but i will busy watching the seasons of the Simpson & Family Guy on Fox

Very interesting match-up. First real test to see how much the injuries on the Pats defense hurts them, especially when stopping the run. On the other hand, Phillip Rivers was pretty lackluster last week, and I sure hope he's wised up about tipping off the snap count, or else he could be in for a long day. I'm going with the Chargers in this one, edging out the Pats in a classic.

Well the Chargers didn't look like their normal selves against the Pats earlier tonight. The Patriots are just a great team.

Definitely not elite. They were kind of fortunate to win week 1 against the Bears, and now they're 1-1. I don't think there as good a team offensively, after two games, under Turner as they were under Marty. Something tells me they're going to regret, if they're not already, making that coaching change.

Let's be fair. These were 2 really good teams they played. But you might be right Lefty, if you were going to fire Schottenheimer, Norv Turner was certainly a dumb choice.

True, those are two really good teams. But those are the kind of teams Norv Turner was hired to beat in the playoffs. He's not even getting the job done in the regular season. The offense has been unimaginative, and even Tomlinson has looked bad. What's changed between last year and this? Only one thing I can think of - the coaching staff.
