Players to watch
RB LaDainian Tomlinson: The new touchdown king with 31 this season (and two games left); also the NFL's leading rusher and top MVP candidate.

QB Philip Rivers: Third-year pro having a standout season in first as a full-time starter. He's in the top 10 of NFL QBs in passer rating, yards and TDs.

LB Shawne Merriman: The 2005 defensive rookie of the year has 12 ½ sacks despite being suspended four games by the NFL earlier this season.


With my GTG Super Bowl Match against Simon on the line...I and a second playoff match up somewhere else against LT...I am hoping, really hoping that the Seahawks can shut down the scoring machine that is LT.

A Chargers win gives them new franchise records for most wins in a season and most consecutive victories, and with players to watch like LT, Rivers and Lights Out, I can't imagine San Diego losing this game. And sorry, Goth... but I fully expect Tomlinson to have a big day in this one. Heck, when DOESN'T LT have a big day?
