| Re: Spurs road winning streak According to this, "San Antonio was trying to become the first team to win its first eight road games in 10 years since the 1996-97 Houston Rockets did it on the way to a 27-14 record away from home. The NBA record is 12 straight to start the season by the New York Knicks in 1969-70." Shame they weren't able to break the record, but with team playing so well on the road, it makes them a real threat to challenge for the title this year, don't you think?
