I've already gone on record as saying I'm not too high on Rutgers QB Tim Teel. The dude threw more interceptions than touchdowns in 2006, and his decision making was often flawed. It seemed as though he panicked under pressure. Rivals.com calls him their Boom or Bust Player in the Big East, stating that "the Scarlet Knights' chances of winning the Big East title probably depend on whether Teel gains some consistency." So, what do you think? Will Teel have a better season in 2007?
